Terms & Conditions.

All paintings listed in the shop are printed, near-indistinguishable copies of original artworks. The original artworks remain in the Artio gallery collection in Jaipur.

Product images are intended to represent the artwork faithfully, but minor variation may occur due to display settings, paper texture, and framing differences.

Prints are offered in postcard, A4, and A3 sizes. Optional frame upgrades are available for each corresponding print size.

Prices may vary slightly across listings to reflect curation, edition positioning, and premium selections. Final pricing is shown on the product page and in the cart before checkout.

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or limit an order if pricing, stock, or fulfilment information is inaccurate or incomplete.

Payments must be completed in full before printing, framing, or dispatch begins.

Shipping is free for carts above INR 1,000. Orders below INR 1,000 are charged a flat INR 150 shipping fee unless otherwise stated.

Unframed print orders are usually dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. Framed or multi-item orders are usually dispatched within 5 to 7 business days.

After dispatch, most metro-city deliveries take 2 to 5 business days and most non-metro deliveries take 4 to 8 business days.

We use third-party logistics and courier partners to complete deliveries, and delivery timelines are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival commitments unless expressly stated otherwise.

You are responsible for providing accurate recipient, address, and contact details. Additional charges may apply if a shipment must be re-routed, re-shipped, or held because of incorrect address information, refusal, or repeated failed delivery attempts.

Risk of delay may increase due to holidays, weather, operational constraints, courier backlog, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

Prints are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless the delivered product is damaged in transit or arrives materially defective.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos of the packaging and product so we can assess replacement or refund eligibility.

Change-of-mind returns, preference-based returns, and returns arising from screen-to-print colour variation, framing expectations, or customer ordering errors are not accepted.

All artwork, images, text, branding, and visual content on this site remain the property of Artio by Aashish or its licensors and may not be copied, resold, reproduced, or reused without prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site for unlawful or abusive activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artio by Aashish will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or purchase of products, including delays attributable to third-party logistics providers, except where such limitation is not legally allowed.
